Contractor Response To Policy Shifts

Edit

The construction industry is navigating a rapidly evolving policy landscape, where changes in immigration laws, tariffs, and regulatory requirements are reshaping the way contractors operate. Our research study, Contractor Response to Policy Shifts, explores how these shifts are influencing the industry from the ground up. By focusing on contractor perspectives, this study sheds light on the practical challenges and adaptive strategies shaping the future of construction.

Objectives

Assess contractors’ perceptions of recent policy impacts and anticipated effects
Examine how immigration, tariffs, and regulations drive cost and labor challenges
Identify contractors’ responses to mitigate risks and exploit opportunities
