The Home Improve­ment Retail Selec­tor Study will help you under­stand con­sumer pur­chas­ing dynam­ics regard­ing 17 home improve­ment prod­uct cat­e­gories, and how those dynam­ics might have changed com­pared to pri­or years. 

More than 2,000 home­own­ers were sur­veyed to:

Exam­ine home­own­ers’ pur­chas­ing behav­iors and pref­er­ences, includ­ing the types of prod­ucts pur­chased, why prod­ucts were pur­chased, and pref­er­ence for shop­ping in-store vs. online.
Iden­ti­fy where home­own­ers pur­chase their home improve­ment prod­ucts and explore the rea­sons behind their choice of pur­chase location.
Iden­ti­fy and ana­lyze the pri­ma­ry fac­tors that influ­ence home­own­ers’ deci­sions when choos­ing spe­cif­ic home improve­ment retailers.
Mea­sure home­own­ers’ sat­is­fac­tion lev­els with their cho­sen home improve­ment retailers.
